Angelo Pusateri | Senior Sales Vice President

Angelo Pusateri possesses a comprehensive understanding of the real estate market that helps home buyers and sellers.  His array of personal experience and unique expertise includes residential property sales and listings, new construction, financing, renovations, and investment properties.  His achievement as a top-selling Realtor with Comey & Shepherd® is the culmination of his steadfast commitment to client needs and capacity to cement smart deals. As a result of his strong business ethics and practiced integrity, most of Angelo’s clients come from repeat business and referrals from individuals who experienced a high level of service throughout their entire buying and selling process.

After graduating from Miami University with dual majors in Accounting and Economics, Angelo began working for an international accounting firm.  During that time, he also began investing in and rehabbing real estate. After passing the CPA exam, he transitioned to become a full-time real estate agent. Today his family owns multiple properties throughout Cincinnati.  Even with his demanding schedule as a Realtor, Angelo values his time with his wife and four children and considers this a priority on his daily calendar.

Brian Budde 

A long time Cincinnati native, Brian has extensive knowledge of the different neighborhoods the city has to offer. He is a focused listener with a genuine ability to go above and beyond to find a solution to every problem. Brian utilizes his experience in new construction and rehabbing houses to helping buyers find their right home and sellers get the best price with minimal hassle for their home.

Prior to earning his Realtor license, Brian started working at a small accounting firm and then as the CFO of a produce distribution company. Along the way, Brian used the accounting and financial knowledge to buy investment properties as rentals and rehabs and found his real passion in real estate. 

Brian is a graduate of Miami University in Accounting and Finance. He is married and the father of three young girls. Brian enjoys family time and social opportunities in and around Cincinnati and loves spending vacation time on Hilton Head Island with family.

Eric Surkamp

Patience, persistence, hard work, confidence, preparation – the skills and characteristics that vaulted Eric Surkamp to success as a Major League Baseball pitcher now fuel his success in his career as a real estate agent. As a standout player at Moeller High School, then North Carolina State University, Eric’s drive, ambition, and ability to perform under pressure led to a nine-year MLB career, including a World Series ring as a part of the San Francisco Giants’ 2012 championship season.

Eric has now transferred his talents from the field to help people realize their real estate goals and dreams. Whether assisting with buying or selling, Eric uses his inner desire to succeed, the ability to manage stress and an optimistic mindset to help his clients smoothly navigate the sometimes-complicated world of real estate.

After growing up in Sharonville,  Eric has lived in the city for the last five years and is familiar with the benefits and nuances all of Cincinnati’s great neighborhoods have to offer, especially Mt. Adams, Norwood, Walnut Hills, Oakley, Hyde Park, Mt. Lookout and Columbia Tusculum.

Eric is certified by the National Association of Realtors as Pricing Strategy Advisor (PSA), giving him unique skills and insights into helping clients understand home values and strategically price their properties.

After his MLB career, he returned to the North Carolina State to complete his degree and earned a Bachelor of Science in Business, with a concentration in Finance. In his leisure time, Eric enjoys golf, fishing, working out and watching sports. He is also sharing his talent and love of baseball as a pitching coach at various facilities around the city.

Suzette Waugh

Suzette Waugh is a seasoned marketer turned Realtor with a background in accounting and finance.  Utilizing these talents garnered from a prestigious, award-winning Cincinnati media marketing firm, she has the know-how to properly market and negotiate the buying and selling of all your real estate needs.

After graduating from the University of Cincinnati with a concentration in marketing, Suzette spent eleven years in the commercial construction distribution industry as a finance manager. She then spent five years as a Senior Account Manager working on several national brands and multi-million-dollar marketing budgets such as LasikPlus Vision Centers, Brooks Running, Jack Link’s, and Gorilla Glue. During all this time, she also began investing in real estate with her husband and transitioned to become a full-time real estate agent, following her true passion.

Suzette enjoys spending time with her husband, two young sons and their big fluffy labradoodle named Moose who insists on trying to go everywhere she goes.  She also loves playing tennis, running, hitting the driving range, cheering on the sidelines for her boy’s sporting/music events, and photography.

Working with Suzette, you can expect a skilled negotiator who is always willing to go above and beyond to help her clients achieve their goals. 

Andy Black

Andy Black was born and raised right here in Cincinnati. Andy was born in Delhi Township and raised in the Village of Mariemont where he attended their public schools through high school. After high school Andy attended Miami University where he played football and earned his Bachelors degree. While working full-time managing a regional sales territory for Diebold Incorporated, he continued his education by attending Bellarmine University where he completed and earned his MBA in 2008 graduating with Cum Laude honors. Andy has 20 years of sales & marketing experience with both regional and global responsibilities. In 2017 Andy earned his real estate license and joined Comey & Shepherd.

Beyond Andy’s professional career, he has dedicated himself to service to the public. In 2009 he became the youngest individual ever elected to Mariemont council and was subsequently appointed as Chairman of the Finance Committee. He then served as Vice Mayor of Mariemont from 2011-2012.

Andy has been married to his wife Courtney for 15 years and they live with their two sons in Indian Hill.
